About The Sisters

Welcome to Dill My Pickle!

We are two sisters who have a real passion for finding delicious-looking recipes, just collecting and comparing.  Sometimes we actually get around to cooking / baking these recipes!  Our favorite types of recipes are either easy or healthy…   and it’s a double whammy if it is both!  After realizing how vast our recipe collection had become, we decided to share the wealth through our blog Dill My Pickle!

Favorite foods:  a well cooked steak, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli, chocolate, cupcakes, birthday and wedding cake, sandwiches with chips inside, pancakes, all mexican foods- especially white queso dip!

Least favorite foods:  uncooked tomatoes, sushi, shallots, beets, pork rinds

Favorite cocktail:  Ah, where do I begin?

Items in my dream kitchen:  wellllll, lets see….   the 48″ Sub-Zero refrigerator, the 60″ Wolf Gas Range, Double Ovens, super thick granite counter tops, two sinks– one super big farmhouse sink and another little one, some type of built-in kitchen pc that can store all my yummy recipes, a wine fridge…..   okay, enough for now but to quote Paul Harvey, this is NOT the rest of the story!


About Lexie

I am 27 years old and live in Orlando.   I graduated from FSU with a bachelors degree, but decided one degree was not good enough :)   Now I am going back to school for Cardiovascular Sonography.  I feel like I have been in school for so long!  My sister and I love reading blogs and decided why not start our own….so hopefully you will enjoy!!

Favorite foods: Ketchup, cereal, all cake, cookies, ok…any dessert!  All Mexican food, sour cream and cheese.

Least favorite foods:  Anything that comes from water…yuck!

Favorite cocktail:  Margaritas, espresso martinis, sangria, and beer (esp. Blue Moon).

Favorite things:  My crazy puppy, Kailani, cooking & baking, drinking coffee in the morning, shopping (when am not completely broke), exercising, reading a good book, sitting on a porch enjoying a glass of wine, spending time with family and good friends!

    Guess it was worth using all that fuel to make that trek to get those cupcakes. They suuure were tasty. I am conserving on fuel in case I hear bout more good samples. I’ll drive anytime for your girls treats. Just give me a holler and I be right there.

    I love finding other Lexie’s in the blog world :) We even spell our names the same way! Everyone always forgets the damn e at the end!
